Rev. Joshua Lim
Lead Pastor
I am blessed beyond measure to be serving at the church I grew up in. I'm a graduate of UCLA (B.A, International Development, Geography), USC's Price School of Public Policy (M.P.A), and Biola University's Talbot School of Theology (M.Div). I also serve with the conference planning team for SOLA Network. My passion in life is to proclaim Christ with all faithfulness, humility, and joy, and to see the people of God flourish in their God-given calling. I enjoy learning about pretty much anything, playing basketball and guitar, eating al pastor tacos, and spending quality time with my wife and son.

Associate Pastor
I praise God that he has graciously called me to serve here at Family Chapel. I am a graduate of UCLA (B.S, Physiological Science) and Talbot School of Theology (M.Div). I also graduated from the School of Ministry at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa as well as the YWAM Discipleship Training School in Ensenada, Mexico. I love preaching and teaching the Word of God, answering questions, and discussing all ranges of topics including sports, current events, and theology. I love a wide variety of activities like basketball, football, bowling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cooking, karaoke, video games, and Korean variety shows. But mostly, I love God and seeing the upcoming generation of believers live for His Kingdom.

Russell Midomaru
Community Groups Director & Operations Coordinator
I was born and raised in South Korea, having lived in Seoul, Daegu, and Busan. I moved to Los Angeles to study Aerospace Engineering at UCLA, where God called me into His Kingdom through Family Chapel. I currently work in a product role in the tech sector, and am pursuing an M.A. in Christian Counseling at Gateway Seminary as well. I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, watching Korean dramas, playing tennis, and drinking good coffee. Above all, I experience great joy in witnessing people live out their God-given calling and encouraging them to walk in the good works that He has prepared (Ephesians 2:10).

Edy Kim
Education Ministry Director
I am a graduate of USC (B.S., Human Biology & M.S., Public Health Data Science), and I am currently pursuing an M. Div from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. I enjoy having conversations over a cup of coffee, watching Korean variety shows, and playing cello. It is such a joy to serve the next generation and have the privilege to share life with our students. I am excited to see how God works through Family Chapel as we seek to nurture the future generation of believers for His Kingdom.
